We work mainly with local products from the Corrèze region. Our poultry is certified IGP (protected geographical indication), our trout comes from the Ségur fish farm 1km 500 from the inn, our meats are “limousine” quality and come from a small artisanal unit in St Yrieix la Perche.

The cold meats are handcrafted, our desserts are homemade.

We manufacture and cook most of what you find on your plate (+- 80%).
